Ingredients

    1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
    1 Large Egg
    1 Stick Butter, melted
    8 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese
    2 Large Beaten Eggs
    2 C Powdered Sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325º F.
2. Combine cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter.
3. Press into greased 9x13 inch pan with fingers.
4. Blend Cream cheese, 2 beaten eggs and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over first batter.
5. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes, or until edges are brown.
6. Dust with powdered sugar on top after cake is cool.


Serving Size: Makes 20 - 2" x 2" pieces
