Jimmy Dean pork sausage, Hot
Green Bell pepper
Yellow and Red Bell pepper
Jalapeno peppers
Banana Peppers
Hot Banana Pepper's
Hunts Diced canned tomatoes
Tomato and Green Chili ( Rotell Hot )
V-8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy Hot
Chili Seasoning
Cumin
Cayenne
1 pgk McCormick Enchilada Sause Mix
5 or 6 bay leaves
Tips
The hotter the peppers, the hotter the Chili.
Makes enough for 12 or more to have ample 2 cup bowls
Serve with grated Cheddar cheese
For Leftovers
Chili dog's - slowly cook a smaller amount until thick
I like to make enough to freeze and use later or in Chili Queso
Directions
In a large soup pot - 10 qt or larger - medium heat
Brown meats - drain and rinse
Dice all fresh peppers and onion
Saute in olive oil until onions are opaque
Add Meat back to pot - stir to mix
Add 2 lg Cans (28 oz each) diced tomotoes
Add 1 can Hot Rotell
Stir well to mix all ingrediants
Add seasonings to taste
Bring to boil
Reduce heat and let simmer 2 hours or until desired thickness
Serving Size: Makes 12 to 14 - 2 cup servings
