Introduction
Very delicious and just a touch sweet, enhanced even more by the raisins. Any dried fruit or nuts can work. Regular milk can substitute almond milk and honey can replace brown sugar. Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups of quick-cooking oats
-1/4 cup of almonds(nuts)
-1/4 cup raisins(dried fruit)
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-2 tsp baking powder
-3/4 cup milk
-2 large eggs
-2 tbsp canola oil
Tips
The oats can be pulsed or not depending on the preference of texture.
Directions
1. Preheat oven at 450 degrees F(230 C)
2. cover 13 muffind bowls with muffin paper tins
3. mix oatmeal( half of it can be pulsed in a food processor) nuts, raisins, and baking powder
4. mix in rest of the ingredients
5. Fill up tins 3/4 of the way
6. Bake for 13-15 min or till a toothpick comes out cleanly
