Introduction

    1/2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
    1/2 c. Carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. Onions (any variety), chopped
    1/2 c. Broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. Carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. Mushrooms, chopped
    Black Pepper to taste

Tips

This is a great way to use up any leftover fresh vegetables from the week's recipes.


Directions

Preheat skillet with Grapeseed Oil. Chop all fresh vegetables and add in any order to the skillet. Gently stir vegetables until desired tenderness. Pepper to taste.
