Ingredients

Beef Chuck Roast, about 2.5 lbs
3 Onions, halved
3 Carrots, chopped
6 Serrano Peppers, chopped
2 cups water
4 tsp Beef Bullion ( I used Orrington Farms)
Salt and Black Pepper, to season beef liberally
Cumin, to taste ( I like a lot, at least a tbsp)
Garlic, to taste (I like about 1/4 cup chopped)
Tips
I love to put some in a bowl and top it with spinach, avocado and sour cream.
Directions
1. Put 1 cup water and 3 tsp beef bullion in slow cooker
2. Heat olive oil in skillet
3. Sear Onions, add to crock pot
4. Sear carrots, add to crock pot
5. Sear peppers and garlic, add to crock pot
6. Season beef with salt, pepper and cumin
7. Sear beef, add to crock pot
8. Set crock pot to low for 7 hours
9. Eat
