Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (93%)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup dry oatmeal
    1 egg
    ground nutmeg
    salt
    pepper
    dry parsely

Directions

In a large bowl pour heated milk over oats, let set for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 10 large meatballs.
Heat a large pan, spray with non-stick spray and cook meatballs on medium heat, turning as they brown all around. Turn on low and cover with a lid for a while to ensure they are cooked through. If they brown too fast you can add 1/2 cup of water at a time and steam for a while.
