Introduction
Very quick and easy to make and so good! Serve with rice, miso soup, and veggies, or as a turkey burger in a whole wheat bagel. Use leftovers next day in a sandwich! Ingredients

-1 slice of whole wheat bread
-1 egg
-1 package of lean ground turkey
- 2-4 green onion stalks
-chives(opt.)
-milk(enough to soak bread)
-water( 1/2 inch from the top of the pan)
-2 tbsp olive/canola oil
-squirt of ketchup on each burger( 5 tsp)
-5 tsp brown sugar
-5 tsp soy sauce
Directions
1. smash bread crumbs into little pieces and pour just enough milk to soak them
2. add turkey, egg, chives(opt),and onions, and knead in a medium bowl
3. Form into 5 flat oval shaped patties
4. pour oil in pan so that it is covered
5. put burgers in pan and press down in the middle
6. cook on 1 side and then flip over and pour in water
7. cover the lid and wait till most of the water evaporates and it is fully cooked
8. add ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce and turn off heat
