Ingredients

    Tahini, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 45 mL, more or less to taste
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Smoked Paprika, 0.5 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp, more or less to taste

Tips

Starting with stirring gently tahini in a bowl and adding liquid gradually help reaching a good texture.


Directions

1) With a fork, mix gradually Tahini with water (1 tbsp at a time).

2) Add all dry ingrédients.

3) Thin the dressing with cider vinegar until desired texture and taste.

4) Let it sit for 5 min.
