    Coconut cream 1 ounce
    Whole egg 1
    1/4 cup of spenda for baking
    Tofutti cream cheese 8 ounzes
    Almond essence 1 tsp
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    1/2 sliced almonds


Melt the coconut creaam in the microwave for 30 seconds prior to mixing. It will soften and be better to blend with the other ingredients.


Spray the bAking pan with pam and then mix all of the other ingredients in the blender until soft. Spread the sliced almonds in the pa. And theen cover with the mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 4 inch regtangular pieces
