A yummy and filling start to your day. A yummy and filling start to your day.

    1 block firm tofu - diced
    1 tub of hummus - any flavor
    Hash browns or diced potatoes
    Cheddar Cheese - shredded
    Whole Wheat Tortillas


Can also add peppers, black olives, or anything you want.


1. Dice up the tofu and potatoes and fry in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until lightly browned on the outside and cooked all the way through.
2. Dice up the onion
3. Warm up the tortillas. Spread a little of the hummus on the tortillas, sprinkle on a little bit of the cheese. Add a small serving size of both the potatoes and tofu. Top with onion and salsa. Roll up into a burrito and enjoy!
