Ingredients

    1c Almond Milk (unsweetened)
    1c frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
    1 medium banana
    1c pineapples (frozen optional)
    1tbsp vanilla extract
    1tbsp cocoa power
    1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
    walnuts (optional, adjust nutritional calculations)

Tips

I used all unsweetened foods to avoid extra sugar and calories. Flaxseed is definitely optional, but a nice health kick!


Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender, put the almond milk in last to make sure you blend the cocoa and flaxseed well. No need to add ice because the frozen fruit makes it cold to drink right a way. Add a cherry on top if you like and you got yourself a well deserve treat!
