Ingredients

    0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 1% Milk
    splash of vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar

Directions

Put all the ingrediants in a blender and blend until smooth.
