Introduction
Perfect light side soup as an alternative to miso soup. Add TONS of spinach! Can omit egg if preferred and even addd tofu. Can add green onions too. Ingredients

-1/2 small pot of water
- handful of katsuobushi(fish flakes)
- 1 tsp soy sauce( to taste)
-1/2 tsp salt(opt)( to taste)
-1 egg(opt)
- spinach(as much as you want!)
Directions
1. If using long spinach greens, cut of the ends and cut into thirds
2. boil it till softened a little( if using baby spinach, skip these first two steps)
3. put fish flakes in water and take out with a strainer when its starts to boil
4. add soy sauce and salt
5. If spinach was boiled, squeeze the water out before boiling
6. crack in egg and stir so that it does not clump
7. turn off heat after egg looks cooked
