Ingredients

    Beef, Chuck Roast, about 2.5-3 lbs
    Beef Bullion, 2 tsp, I use Orrington Farms
    Water, 1 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Paprika, 2 tsp
    Dry mustard, 2/3 tsp
    Ketchup, half cup
    Worcester Sauce, 2 tsp
    Onion,1 large, chopped
    Beets, 2 medium, chopped

Tips

I like to serve this in a bowl with a little spinach, avocado and sour cream on top!


Directions

Basically you just chop the onion and the beets and put all of the ingredients in the Crock Pot and give it a stir and cook on low for about 7 hours!
