Introduction

Healthy version of potato soup. Healthy version of potato soup.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    10 cups potatoes,diced
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/2 cup onions, minced
    3 cups fat free less sodium chicken broth
    1 98% fat free Cream of Chicken condensed soup (10.5 oz can)
    1 cup baby carrots, sliced
    1 tsp black pepper

Tips

Slowly stir sea salt in with potatoes, then add soup, broth and pepper. Can use also use table salt but I prefer sea salt since use less &gain more nutrients.


Directions

Combine all ingredients into slow cooker adding carrots last in crock pot. Let reach boil then simmer for 2 -2.5 hours. Good & healthy meal for rainy nights and/or cold days.
