    Salt- .25 tsp
    Egg- 1 large
    Brown Sugar- 1 cup, packed
    Vegetable Oil- .25 cup

    Banana- 1 cup, mashed
    Pecan Pieces- .25 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine all. Pour into 9 regular-sized, oiled muffin cups. Bake for 25-27 minutes.
