Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Can tomatoes and fresh tomatoes
    2 carrots
    1 red sweet pepper
    1 avocado
    1 onion
    2 slices pepper jack cheese
    1 bunch cilantro
    1 tsp. no-salt seasoning
    Salt
    Garlic powder
    Chili powder
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn

Tips

Add strips of cheese, avocado, and cilantro for garnish. Additional ingredients can be 1/2 cup tortilla chips, pulled pork, chicken, cheese or fresh tomatoes.


Directions

Add all ingredients in order down to 2 cups warm water. Use a heavy duty blender (Blentec or similar) and blend until smooth. Add black beans and corn and pulse until just chopped up slightly.
