Ingredients

    1 bag of McCormick Original flavored Country Gravy Mix
    1 box Stovetop Stuffing chicken flavored
    9 oz cooked chicken breast shredded
    1/2 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp Chicken Boullion
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    2 cups Birdseye frozen Classic Mixed Vegetables
    (corn, peas, carrots & green beans)

Tips

I use dehydrated mushrooms.
I cut the finished casserole into 6 equal pieces when done.


Directions

prepare in big saucepan the gravy mix according to directions on pacagage. (2 cups cold water with 1 bag of gravy mix) Whisk till thickening then add the sour cream, seasonings. On back burned beging making the stuffing in medium saucepan (Boil 1-1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) spread (unless prepared with spread labeled 0 g trans fat stuffing will contain an average of 1.5 g trans fat) in medium saucepan. Stir in contents of stuffing mix pouch; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.)
In pam sprayed casserole dish (9x13) spread out the frozen veggies, chicken and mushrooms. Next pour the gravy sauce over the veggie chicken mix.
Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
