Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef, low fat
2 cans Dark red kidney beans
2 cans Light red Kidney beans
3 cans Petite diced Tomatoes
1 large can Tomato juice
Diced garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 White onion
Chili powder to taste

Tips
This can easily be done in the crock pot or on the stove. Keep the chili powder handy and add or reduce the amount depending on your personal preference. Ground turkey is a nice substitute in this recipe.
Directions
Dice garlic and onions, in a large skillet brown ground beef, garlic, and onions. Add about half the chili powder to meat while it is cooking. Once thoroughly cooked transfer to crock pot or large soup pt. Add dark kidney beans, light kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato juice. Bring to a boil and add the rest of the chili powder. Allow to simmer for 60 minutes.
