Ingredients

1 package mushrooms
1 red pepper
2 green onions
2 tsp garlic
2 lbs extra lean ground beef
Fat Free Refried Beans
12 Tortillas
Directions
Puree cleaned red pepper and onions in food processor, add mushrooms and pulse until crumbly.
Brown Ground beef in pan until no longer pink. Add veggie mixture and cook through.
You can also add extra spice if you like it.
Heat up the beans in the Microwave
Put 1/2 cup meat mixture and 1/4 cup of beans roll and enjoy!
