Ingredients

    1 15.5oz can of Goya Dark Kidney Beans
    2 Cans of Campbell's 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
    1 12oz box Barilla Rotini Veggie Pasta
    16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast(diced)

Directions

Dice the chicken breast into bite size pieces and along with drained kidney beans, cook in frying pan about 10 minutes. While waiting for chicken and beans to finish, boil the Rotini pasta in a pot of water, add seasonings as wanted. I use a chili powder, cumin, onion salt, basil, pepper and white pepper mix. Once the chicken and beans are almost done (5-7 mins on med heat) add the broccoli cheese soup. The frozen broccoli can be microwaved for 6 minutes and add the pasta with the broccoli into the heap and you have 5 servings of a well-balanced meal. It's filling and tastes great.
