Ingredients

4 sticks Land O' Lakes Unsalted Butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 package Ghiradelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 package Ghiradelli 60 percent Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Tips
Note: Baking the cookies at a lower temperature and on parchment paper limits the "spread" and makes them crisp on the edges but tender and soft in the center. It will take longer, but it's worth it.
Directions
Cream butter and sugars well until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, until blended. Gradually add flour, baking soda and vanilla extract. Scrape mixture into a clean bowl and stir in both bags of chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using an ice cream scoop, level out six lumps of dough per sheet. Bake cookies for 18-20 minutes.
