Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 c Oatmeal, Old Fashioned
    1/2 c Rye Flour, light
    1/2 c Ground Flax Seed Meal
    .75 c Unsweetened Applesauce
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2/3 c Greek Yogurt, Plain Non-fat
    1/4 c Water, tap
    .6 oz Pine Nuts
    1/4 c Cranberries, dried Craisins
    1/8 tsp Gr. Cloves
    1/8 tsp Gr Nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. In a greased muffin pan, fill 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove to wire rack to cool. Refrigerate or freeze.
