    10.5 Ounces Campbell's Chicken Broth
    1/4 Cup Water
    2 sprays of Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    1 Tsp Flax Seed
    8 Ounces Whole Wheat Couscous
    1.5 Cup Frozen Peas
    14.5 Ounces DelMonte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano


In saucepan add water, broth and two sprays of the olive oil.
Bring to a boil
Add couscous and flax seed and stir
Cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes
Cook frozen peas as directed on package
After 5 minutes fluff couscous and add cooked peas and can of diced tomatoes, stir and enjoy!
