Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed
    1 1/2 cup Pumpkin seed
    2 cup Rice Crisp cereal
    2 cup peanut butter (natural)
    1/3 cup liquid honey
    1/2 cup ground chia seed
    1/2 cup ground flax seed
    2 cup almonds (plain)
    2 cups walnuts (plain)
    1/2 cup prunes
    1 cup raisins


Tips

Add or replace fruit with cranberries, blueberries. Use nuts of your choice.

Directions

Heat peanut butter and honey in a large pot. Blend other ingredients (except rice crisps) in a food processor until chunky. Remove peanut butter from heat, and add rice crisps and blended dry ingredients. Stir until completely combined. Line cookie tray with parchment paper and press contents into tray. Cool in refrigerator until completely cool. Cut into servings sizes and wrap with cling wrap. Store in fridge.
