Ingredients

    13 oz. Chicken Breast, boiled
    2 apples, peeled and chopped
    3 oz. Walnuts,toasted
    3/4 cup Kraft Light Mayo
    4 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
    3 Tbls Curry Powder

Tips

When boiling chicken breasts, DO NOT SALT water. Chop Celery and Apples, toast Walnuts while chicken cooking.


Directions

Toss together Chicken, Apples, Celery and Walnuts. Set aside. Blend Mayo, Cider Vinegar and Curry Powder until smooth. Pour over Chicken mixture until well coated. Delicious!
