Introduction

My version of oat pancakes! These are fluffy, and only 80 calories per pancakes! Also they are delicious. You can top them with anything from yogurt, to fruit, to peanut butter, to jelly. Ingredients

    1/2 cup oat flour
    1/2 oatmeal
    3/4 cup almond milk
    1 tbsp stevia
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 egg

Directions

Heat almond milk in the microwave for 90 seconds then add the oatmeal. Mix the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl. Combine the dry and wet ingredients with the almond milk mixture. Mix well. Heat and spray a skillet. Measure out each pancakes with a 1/4 cup measuring cup and brown on both sides.

Serving Size: makes 6 pancakes
