Introduction

Yummy moist carrot cake that has flavors of cinnamon, orange zest, pineapple and apples! Served with no frosting (i know!) because in my opinion there is no need for it, what can i say i am Asian :)good to eat for breakfast and will make you feel less guilty then if you were to eat a regular monster carrot cake, calculating up to 1000 calories!!! I used olive oil instead of butter as well as applesauce. Now at only 224 calories per serving!! Yummy moist carrot cake that has flavors of cinnamon, orange zest, pineapple and apples!
