Ingredients

    2 bananas smashed
    1 cup yogurt (vanilla)
    2 cups milk
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1.5 cups cream of wheat
    1.5 TBS baking soda
    0.75-1 tsp salt (optional)

Directions

mix all ingredients. Spoon into greased muffin tins. bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. serve warm with sugar free syrup or jam. Enjoy.
