Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground chuck
    1 package taco seasoning mix
    1 (1oz) package Ranch dressing mix
    2 (15.25 oz) cans whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, undrained
    1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, undrained
    1 (15 oz) can black beans, undrained
    1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
    1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies, undrained
    1.75 cup beef broth

Tips

Add cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips or chopped cilantro as a topping (with extra calories!)


Directions

Cook been in a large skillet over medium high heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain
Combine meat, taco seasoning mix, and next 7 ingredients into a 6-7 quart slow cooker
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 5 hours
Serve with optional toppings
