Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 2.5 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2.5 TBSP
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.33 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1c. + 3 tbsp
    bread machine yeast 2 tsp

Directions

Place all ingredients in machine per manufactures instructions. Use dough cycle. When dough is done, shape into a disk shape. Allow to rise slightly. Bake in 400F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
