These super moist muffins are only 150 calories and about 3 grams of protein! I have been searching for choc. chip banana recipes and I found one, but it didn't fit the bill so I made some changes and it was way better. Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .3 cup
    Chobani Non-Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt, 1 cup
    Milk Chocolate Candy, .75 cup chips
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2.2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp

Tips

I personally use white chocolate chips, but that is just my preference. You can also use nuts, raisins, and whatever toots your horn. This is by far the best, and most moist low fat/cal muffins I have ever had. It has just enough to satisfy that sweet tooth of mine.


Directions

Preheat Oven to 375
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl ,except for the bananas, and mix well.
Mash up the bananas with a fork and add to batter. Mix Well
Use 1 large spoonful for each muffin. (1/4 to 1/3 cup each)
Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 19 muffins
