Ingredients

    1 Cup Orange Juice
    20g of Pomegranate seed thingies.
    a handful of fresh cranberries
    2tbsp of Pea protein Powder
    1/2 an apple chopped.

Tips

Takes a bit to get used to the pea taste but it's easier on the belly if you're Gluten free/casein free/lactose and trying to limit your soy intake.


Directions

Toss in blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 smoothie..
