Ingredients

    12 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
    5 med. stalks celery
    5 med. carrots
    1 lg onion, diced
    3 c. water
    4 c. swanson chicken broth 99% fat free
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    1 Tbsp parsley flakes
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    6 oz Light & Fluffy Egg noodles



Directions

Boil chicken in water, boullion, broth until done. Remove chicken and cut into cubes and return to the water. Add other ingredients to water, except for noodles. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add noodles and cook until done.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
