* Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup

* *Jambalaya Stock Pot, 0.2 cup
* Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
* Garlic, 2 cloves
* Mixed Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
* Mint leaves 1 tsp
Directions
boil all ingredients except spinach in a pot. Add spinach and mint leaves at the end. Blitz to a chunky texture at the end. Season with black pepper and salt as desired.
