Ingredients

1 lg tomato chopped into small squares
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 bushel cilantro chopped fine
    3 jalapeno peppers chopped fine
    1 lemon squeezed
1 small can of tomato sauce
    about 1/2 cup water

Directions

Depending on what you are using this for it should serve approx 6-8 people.
Chop all fresh ingredients, put in medium bowl. Add lemon, tomato sauce and slowly add water to your desired consistency. If you refrigerate it, it will get alot thicker! You can change amounts based on your tasted, but if you put too many peppers, you never seem to be able to make it less spicy no matter how much extra stuff you throw in there!
