Ingredients

3 egg whites
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2 tsp. garlic and onion powder
1/2 tsp. morton lite salt
1/2 tsp. stevia in the raw
3 oz. fat free cream cheese
Tips
This makes a great bread substitute. The egg yolks can be flavored any way you like. Cinnamon and more stevia can be added to th yolks to make for peanut butter and jelly or banana sandwhiches.
Directions
Separate eggs throwing away one yolk. Preheat oven to 300 f. Line two cookie sheets with parchmen and spray with pam.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff peaks.
To egg yolks, add remaining ingredients. Mix until very smooth. Mix some of the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture utill slightly fluffy. Fold this mixture into egg whites being careful not to break meringue. Divide into 8 mounds on cookie sheets. Flatten slighty being carefu to make circle shapes. Bake in a 300 degree oven f 30 minutes or until browned but still soft not crumbly.
