Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Mixed Vegetables 1 can
Cream of Chicken soup 1 can
Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can
    Chicken breasts 3
    Black pepper 1 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese (using 1% milk will reduce calories and is still really yummy. I like to grate mine fresh.) 1 cup
Ritz crackers about 30 (I have also tried planko bread crumbs to save on calories. Still yummy for a slimmer version of this recipe)

Directions

Boil chicken breasts. In a 9x13 baking dish shred the chicken and pour over the soups, veggies, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients. Place in the oven at 400 degrees, uncovered, for approximately 15 minutes or until the liquid begins to bubble. Then remove, crumble over the ritz crackers and cheese, and continue baking until the cheese is warm and crackers are browned. Remove. Cool. Enjoy.
