Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Chicken
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup sliced/diced celery
    2 cups chopped zucchini
    1 cup chopped eggplant
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper
    4 tbsps chili powder
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can Rotel tomato (Chili Fixins)
    1 can Rotel tomato (original)
    1 cup Goya Pink Beans


Tips

If you like a mild chili reduce the chili powder and cayenne pepper to your taste


Directions

Crumble and cook the ground chicken in a skillet;

While the chicken is cooking, place the remaining ingredients in your crockpot;

When the chicken is finished cooking, add to your crockpot;

Place cover on crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours
