Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground Beef
    Small onion
    Dry Stuffing Mix
    A-1 Steak Sauce
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheese
    Idahoan 4 Cheese instant potatoes

Tips

Use lean ground turkey meat to cut fat & calories. Tastes great!


Directions

In a large bowl combine ground beef, chopped onion, dry stuffing mix and steak sauce. *Season per taste* I used ground black pepper, garlic powder and a little bit of season salt.
Fill muffin cups to top with mixture.
Place in oven at 400 degrees
While muffins are baking, make mashed potatoes. *I used Idahoan 4 Cheese Instant Mashed Potatoes*
Once meatloaf muffins are brown (approx. 14 minutes) Top with potatoes and light shredded cheese. Place back in oven till cheese is melted and Enjoy! *note:not all muffins had potatoes and cheese toppings.

Serving Size: Makes 22 "muffins"
