Beans, black, 1 can
Beans, pinto, 2 cans
Beans, red kidney, 1 can
Green Bell Pepper, 1 cup, chopped
Red Bell Pepper, 1 cup, chopped
Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
Tomato Paste, 1 can
Flour, white, .25 cup (only to thicken if need be)
Hot Rotel, 1 can
Hunt's Seasoned Diced Tomato Sauce for Chili, 2 cans
Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
Chili powder, 3 tbsp
Cumin, 1 tbsp
Cayenne Pepper, 1 tbsp
Onion Powder, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 4 cloves
Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp
Tabasco Sauce, 2 tsp
Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 can
Canned Corn, 1 can
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 16 1.25-cup servings
In a large pot, sautee the onion, peppers and garlic (all finely chopped) just until they start to brown (about 5 mins) - then remove from pan and set aside. In the same pot, brown the turkey meat (drain if necessary). Add all ingredients (except flour) and let simmer for 30-60 minutes. Add the flour mixed with some water if you want the chili to be thicker.
Adjust the amount of seasonings/peppers to your personal tastes. :-)
