Ingredients

    6 cups of frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
    1 cup green olives, drained and rinsed
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp. sun dried tomatoes
    10 leaves fresh basil (or 2 T. dried)
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (Even better--the fresh juice of 1/2 a lemon)
    2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the food processor. Process until desired consistency is achieved.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/4 cup servings
