    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1.5 oz. (about 3 tbsp.) Egg Beaters
    1.5 tbsp. sugar substitute of choice
    few drops vanilla
    2 tbsp. peanut butter
    1 tbsp. flax seed
    1/4 cup oat flour
    pinch of baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 tbsp. mini chocolate chips


Mix the wet ingredients, then the dry into a mug. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Microwave 1 minute to a minute- twenty seconds. Cool slightly and enjoy.
