Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 15 oz Cans bush's Seasoned Recipe Black Beans, Undrained.

    2 Cups Swanson's Natural Goodness 33% Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth.

    1/2 Cup Pace Restaurant Style Salsa

    1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic, Fresh Or Jared.

    1-2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper Or Substitute 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder For A Less Hot Version.

    Optional Garnishes:
    Not Included In Nutritional Info Of Recipe.

    Sour Cream
    Shredded Cheese
    Chopped Onion
    Cilantro

Directions

Mash one of the cans of beans, by hand or use a food processor. Pour both cans of beans into a Med-Large saucepan. Add the chicken broth, salsa, garlic, cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil. If desired add a garnish or two.
