Ingredients

    Spinach
    stove top stuffing
    chopped onion
    eggs
    garlic powder
    butter

Tips

These freeze well;put on cookie sheet and put in freezeruntil frozen. Put into a plastic bag. When you are ready to use reheat and serve warm.


Directions

Mix everything together, wet hands with water and roll into balls. Keep hands wet so that spinach does not stick to your hands.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake @350 degrees for 40 -50 minutes or until golden brown.
