Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (overflowing) cup baby spinach
    5 strawberries
    1/2 orange
    1 banana
    1 apple
    1 T honey
    1 T wheat germ
    5 ice cubes

Tips

*I like to prep everything the night before, sans ice. Then w/our crazy mornings I can just toss in the blender with ice and have an easy/quick breakfast.


Directions

Simply throw it all in a blender and enjoy!
