Ingredients

    almond meal 1 cup
    sugar free vanilla torani syrup 1/4 cup
    vanilla extract .5-1 teaspoon
    baking powder 3 tsp
    4 large eggs
    pinch of salt
    splenda or stevia 1 tbs


Tips

We use sugar free blueberry syrup and topped the waffle pieces with blueberries and strawberries. Each waffle makes 4 pieces, batter yields 3.5 whole waffles, 3 pieces is a serving size for a carb count of 4.8.


Directions

Crack eggs in blender. Add almond meal, baking powder, splenda or stevia, pinch of salt, extract and syrup. Blend. Pour onto hot buttered waffle maker. Follow waffle maker instructions.
