Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 Clove Garlic, minced
    1 Carrot, cut into small pieces
    1 can Hunt's Traditional Pasta Sauce

    2 Zucchini or Summer Squash
    1 Winter Squash, cooked

    Heat 1 tsp. oil in a medium pot. Add garlic, carrot and a splash of water. Cook until soft. In the meantime, cook ground turkey.

    Heat 1 tsp. oil over med. heat and add garlic. Cook ground turkey, stirring constantly. Drain.

    Add sauce and cooked turkey to pot. Simmer while preparing the zucchini.

    Use a carrot peeler to cut zucchini into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Let drain in a colander while oil heats.

    Heat final tsp. of oil over med. heat. When hot, add zucchini noodles and squash. Saute until soft.

    Serve sauce over squash noodles.
