    8 oz of almond breeze unseetened vanilla almond milk
    1 extra small banana
    2 tbsp ground flax seed (grind them just before making)
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 tabsp organic cocunut oil (melted)
    2 scoops gnc amp vanilla protein powder
    1/2 cup papya pulp

Directions

blend in blender with ice until desired cosistency
