Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 oz. Cream Cheese (Not lowfat, just regular)
    2 Eggs
    1 Packet Stevia (or any sweetener)
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Tips

Add fresh berries or a low carb syrup for extra flavor.

For a higher protein meal - I may mix a bit of peanut butter in. Depends on what my work out plans are for the day.


Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Put 1/4 of contents into greased/buttered pan.. Cook until golden, flip and repeat.

Pleasant replacement for the real thing - with NO sleepy feeling afterwards!
